Recommended use: add 1 portion (30 g = 3 scoops) to 200 ml water and drink one portion a day: on training days – before training or any physical activity; on non-training days – between meals.

Warning: High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg/ 1 portion = 45 mg/ 100 ml).
